Fuel Industries Inc. ("Fuel Industries", "we", "us" or "our") owns and operates various Internet sites on which this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is posted, including Allgirlarcade.com and Sparkcity, (each a "Fuel Site" and together "Fuel Sites") and we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. The use of the term "Fuel Site(s)" below includes a reference to Fuel Industries. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to the collection and use of personal information by means of a Fuel Site. Your use of a Fuel Site is also governed by the Terms of Use into which this Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.

Please note that special terms regarding the collection and use of personal information may apply to a particular Fuel Site or a feature or service available on a Fuel Site. These terms are posted in connection with the applicable Fuel Site, feature or service. Any such terms are in addition to this Privacy Policy, and in the event of a conflict, prevail over this Privacy Policy.

Children Under the Age of 13

Except for the collection of e-mail addresses for the purposes of delivering newsletters and administering contests (as set out below), we do not collect personal information from children under the age of 13 ("kids") and limit our collection of information from kids to non-personally identifiable information such as screen name, birthday, gender, country or other jurisdiction of residence.

kids may register with a Fuel Site by providing the email address of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian will receive an e-mail us notifying them that the identified kid wishes to register with the applicable Fuel Site. The parent or legal guardian will then be required to follow the directions in such notification in order to activate the kid's registration.

In the event that we change our policy with respect to the collection of personal information from kids, or if new features, contests or sweepstakes which a kid wishes to use or participate in require the provision of personal information, their parent or guardian will be notified and will be required to give their consent to the collection and use of such information and/or be given the option to opt out of participation.

We may collect personal information from persons aged 13 or older. The collection and use of such information is described below.

Who Needs to Register?

Not all Fuel Sites require registration in order to visit and use certain features or services. Registration is required in order to access some Fuel Sites and to use certain features and services. For example, with respect to Allgirlarcade.com, registration is not necessary to play Allgirlarcade.com games, view Allgirlarcade.com videos, read the Gossip, send Allgirlarcade.com games and challenges to friends or otherwise explore the Allgirlarcade.com website. Registration is only required for users who want to have an Allgirlarcade.com Friends Page, to collect trophies and Gems, to buy virtual items in the Allgirlarcade.com Shop or use other features on the site for which registration is required.

What Information is Collected

As mentioned above, we do not collect personal information from children under the age of 13 ("kids") except for the purposes of delivering newsletters or administering contests. However, in order for kids to register at a Fuel Site, they are required to provide the e-mail address of their parent or legal guardian. We use the e-mail address of kids' parents and legal guardians in order to communicate with such parents and legal guardians regarding kid's registration and use of Fuel Sites. We use other personal information collected through this site to help us create and deliver content most relevant to our users and to provide information about us and Fuel Sites. We may also use your personal information to send you information regarding the products or services of third parties, however, we will not disclose your personal information to such third parties and you have the ability to opt out of receiving such information.

Personal information collected by us will not be sold or otherwise transferred or disclosed to third parties without the user's approval, except that we reserve the right to disclose personal information: (a) to our affiliates and subsidiaries, (b) to third party service providers of us provided that such disclosure will be limited to information needed to deliver their service, and further provided that such third parties shall be prohibited from using the information for any other purpose; (c) to conform to the law or comply with legal process served on us; (d) to protect and defend our rights or property; and, (e) to act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Fuel Sites or the public.

Interactive Forums, E-mails and "Chats" with Friends

We provide users the opportunity to send games and other messages to family or friends. In order to send such messages, we ask users to submit the email address of the recipient.

We also provide the opportunity to send e-mail to us. We may ask for first names, but we request no personally identifiable information except an e-mail address, which we use solely for the purpose of responding to messages and/or requests.

All information collected for sending games and other messages and for responding to email messages is used only to send the requested game or email message and to respond to email questions and/or requests and is deleted from our system once the game, email message or email response is sent.

Some Fuel Sites provide a messaging service or other interactive forums so that registered users participate in "chats" or other forms of dialogue with their friends. In some cases, chat messages can only include predetermined words and phrases, so that kids cannot send personal information. Users are prohibited from disclosing personal information including passwords, first and last names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, instant message screen names or other contact information when use the interactive forums or chat rooms on Fuel Sites. Newsletters and Updates

Some Fuel Sites permit Users to sign up to receive newsletters. Newsletters include information about new features, games and services available on the applicable Fuel Site. Signing up for the newsletter is not a requirement for registration. Newsletters are sent to users by e-mail and users may opt out of the newsletter at any time.

Kids may sign up for the newsletter by providing their own e-mail address. We will only use the e-mail address to send newsletter, and not for any other purpose. Parents of kids may opt out of the newsletter at any time on behalf of their child. Simply contact us at support@allgirlarcade.com to request that your kid's email address be deleted from our list.

Ability to Review, Edit and Delete Personal Information

Registered users (or parents or legal guardians of kids in the event any personal information of kids is collected) can review, edit and/or request the deletion of personal information we have stored regarding them by contacting support@allgirlarcade.com.

Ability to Opt Out

At any time, you may choose to opt out of further e-mail communication with us by requesting so via support@allgirlarcade.com. All requests for removal will be handled expeditiously and without question.

Amendments to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time by notifying you of the existence of a new privacy policy. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on the applicable Fuel Site, or by any other means by which you obtain notice thereof. Your continued use of the applicable Fuel Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgement of the modified privacy policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified privacy policy.
