Children Under the Age of 13

We collect all user's age, User Name, Password and Parent's Email address. A child's participation or access to an activity is not conditioned on him/her providing more Personal Information than is reasonably necessary for that activity. We collect Parent's Email address to provide Direct Notice. The parent or guardian will receive an e-mail notifying them that the identified child wishes to register on www.SparkCityWorld.com The parent or legal guardian will then be required to follow the directions in such notification in order to activate the kid's registration.

In the event that we change our policy with respect to the collection of personal information from kids, or if new features, contests or sweepstakes which a kid wishes to use or participate in require the provision of personal information, their parent or guardian will be notified and will be required to give their consent to the collection and use of such information and/or be given the option to opt out of participation.

We do allow Parent/Guardians to purchase a VIP membership that will allow their child unlimited access to all that Spark City has to offer, this includes: clothing, pets, private/VIP areas, furniture, special events and more.

Who Needs to Register?

SparkCityWorld.com requires registration in order to visit and use certain features or services. Registration is free in order to explore the world, receive an avatar and apartment, view videos and play games. Signing up for a VIP membership is only required for users who want to have the full SparkCityWorld.com experience, receive Star Coins and have unlimited access to the shops to buy virtual items, launch quests, VIP areas, music and other features on the site for which the purchase of a VIP membership is required.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use the e-mail address of kids' parents and legal guardians in order to communicate with such parents and legal guardians regarding kid's registration and to provide Direct Notice about a childŐs account. We may also use your personal information to send you information regarding the products or services of third parties that you have opted to receive, however, we will not disclose your personal information to such third parties and you have the ability to opt out of receiving such information by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any promotional email.

Personal information collected by us will not be sold or otherwise transferred or disclosed to third parties without the user's approval, except that we reserve the right to disclose personal information: (a) to third party service providers of us provided that such disclosure will be limited to information needed to deliver their service, and further provided that such third parties shall be prohibited from using the information for any other purpose; (b) to conform to the law or comply with legal process served on us; (c) to protect and defend our rights or property; and, (d) to act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of our site.

Service Providers

Interactive Forums, E-mails and "Chats" with Friends

We provide users the opportunity to send games and other messages to family or friends. In order to send such messages, we ask users to submit the email address of the recipient.

We also provide the opportunity to send e-mail to us. We may ask for first names, but we request no personally identifiable information except an e-mail address, which we use solely for the purpose of responding to messages and/or requests.

All information collected for sending games and other messages and for responding to email messages is used only to send the requested game or email message and to respond to email questions and/or requests and is deleted from our system once the game, email message or email response is sent.

Some Fuel Sites provide a messaging service or other interactive forums so that registered users participate in "chats" or other forms of dialogue with their friends. In some cases, chat messages can only include predetermined words and phrases, so that kids cannot send personal information. Users are prohibited from disclosing personal information including passwords, first and last names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, instant message screen names or other contact information when use the interactive forums or chat rooms on Fuel Sites. Parents are able sign up for newsletters notifying them of new VIP membership options, features, games, and services. The parental notice email has a link to sign-up for the Newsletter.
