Whether you're a long-time fan of Smash Brothers or just playing it for the first time, you're sure to have a smashing good time!
A cool new feature in this version of Smash Brothers is a huge single-player story mode, where you can explore a sidescrolling Mario-style world and play as a variety of different characters. Collect power-ups, find hidden items and fight your way to the end! You can also play the story mode as a co-op with a friend. The story is kind of random and might seem a little annoying at times, especially the video clips between levels that interrupt the action. Still, the animations look wicked and if you can get over your impatience to get back to the fighting, there's some awesome stuff to see here.
The Classic mode is where you'll find the usual Smash Brothers battle antics, with better graphics, new items, and more than 40 unique stages. Choose from a huge cast of playable characters and fight against up to three others! Each character has different levels of strength and speed, and packs some special attack moves. Multiplayer mode allows you to challenge your friends, and you can even connect with your pals online by using the WiFi connection. Team up two on two or duke it out in a battle royale where it's everyone for themselves!
Instead of losing "health" as your character is hit, a meter will increase as you take damage. The greater your damage, the further your character will fly back from the screen when they get hit. If you get knocked offscreen, you'll lose a life or a game point depending on what mode you're in at the time. To help your character get ahead, you'll use items like hammers, exploding boxes, mushrooms, stars and more. Items all have different effects on you or your opponents, and might even summon an invincible helper character for a little while. Some items are super-powerful, and some effects are just silly and hilarious to watch!
Players of all skill levels can have fun and win challenges, since sometimes mashing buttons as fast as you can works just as well as perfecting your attack moves. You can choose to use the Wii remote, remote and nunchuk, classic controller, or even a Gamecube controller if you have one, which means that you and your friends can customize your controller setup to the way that feels most comfortable.
When you're in a stage, the most important thing is to keep your character moving, get back in the game when you take a hit, and keep on fighting even when you get knocked back. Don't think too much, just destroy whatever you see, and you'll soon master the art of staying the last one standing! Sometimes the battle moves so fast that it's hard to tell what's going on. You can even earn a victory without quite realizing what happened, but hey, it's still great! You meant to do that, right?
There's no doubt that Smash Brothers is one of the greatest multiplayer action games around. So get in some practice, rock those special moves, and invite your friends over for one totally fun fight!
I have the game peeps. And the best part about it is Wi-Fi. I LOVE being pokemon because pokemon and video games is my life!!!!! Like Jessy, I am a video game star so you totally don't want to verse me on this game. (trust me) Even ask my little sis. She's been beaten 1,000,000 times on this game and never won!! (Tip:Always choose someone your good at. Like there was this one time when instead of being Pikachu, I chose Kirby and lost to my friend.)

I love video games!! This is the best video game I have ever played! I'd give it 5 out of 5 too! I hope I can get the classic controller so I can try the old games! I agree with everything Katryna said! Nintendo Rocks! I wish they had a Super Smash Bros for DS with good graphics so I could play it on the go! I hope they keep making Super Smash Bros games forever! ;) I like kirby, sheik, and pikachu! I wish I had 50 dollars too because, I don't own it and I want to own it really badly!!!!!! If anyone has 50 dollars for me too that would be nice :P Kidding! 5 out of 5! I love video games!

Best game that I have ever played in my whole life! This game is kinda crazy at times with moving levels but, that's what makes this game different and exciting! I agree with GamerGal, Sheik is the best character to be! Even though I've never played a Zelda game if that's where she came from... I have no idea but, she looks cool! Whoever she is I think she is cool and good to play with on the game! Anyways, I love the action packed fun in this game! If i were rating this game out of 5 stars my rating would be 5 stars! I wish I had it right now to play but, it isn't my game and the person is away who owns it :( I hope to play it as soon as possible! I wish I had money to buy my own! My Review
This game is one of my faves! It is so fun, I think it is good for people who like fighting or action games. I like to be Zelda/Sheik even though I've never played a Zelda game before or know anything about the games!
P.S If anyone knows anything about those games I would like to know because I'm really curious =)

My brother has the game and i like playing with him. the only down side to playing with him is that he likes to yell at the computer characters...lol...we always play as a team with me being KIRBY! (always kirby... :D) And whenever my brother plays story mode, you can find me sitting next to him helping him out with things he'd never notice. the cutscenes are awesome to watch bc its giving the game more meaning than just beat each other up.
